Return & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our processing queue. Due to the speed and efficiency of our order processing, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been confirmed. We appreciate your understanding and are dedicated to ensuring a fast and seamless delivery experience.
Return and Exchange Policy
At SAIVASS, we hope every order brings you inspiration and happiness. If you are not satisfied with any item, you can email us:
- Items returned within 7 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping and gift wrap fees).
- Items returned within 21 days of receipt are eligible for an exchange or store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges/store credit after 21 days.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Must retain original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- We currently do not support international returns; all international orders are final sale.
Holiday Exchange Policy
For items purchased during the Black Friday sale (November through December), we will accept exchange/store credit requests submitted by December 29. If a request is not submitted by this date, we cannot offer exchanges/store credit. This does not apply to items purchased during the Early Black Friday Sale in October. Normal exclusions apply, such as final sale items listed in the product description.
Gift Returns
If you received a gift with purchase and are returning your order for a refund or an exchange of lesser value, you must return the gift with purchase. If the gift is not returned, the value of the gift ($28 or $168) will be deducted from your refund or exchange.
Return Process
Once your return request is approved, you must send the item back within 5 days and notify us by email.
Refund Requests
Please email [email protected] to submit a refund request, and we will contact you. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will notify you via email whether your refund request has been approved.
If approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method. Please allow 2 weeks for the refund to reflect in your account.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to officially post.
Next, contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return and Exchange Shipping
To ensure that your exchange item is shipped quickly, please return the item as soon as possible. We will only ship a new item once the carrier scans the returned package as being in transit to us.
